Rabies Vaccination Clinics

small dog

It’s time to have your pets vaccinated at one of our annual rabies vaccination clinics.

Our next rabies vaccination clinic will be on June 8th from 10 am until 2 pm on our Boggs Lane campus. The vaccination clinic will be held in the pavillion behind the administration building.Thank you to our partners, Skipworth Veterinary Clinic and Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, for making this clinic possible. Click here for the 2013 rabies clinic schedule.

Rabies is an infectious viral disease that affects the nervous system. Wild mammals like raccoons, skunks, foxes, coyotes or bats can have and transmit rabies. Domestic animals like dogs, cats, horses and cattle also can transmit rabies to humans. People can get rabies from the bite of an infected, or rabid, animal. The best way to prevent rabies is to have your dogs, cats, and ferrets properly vaccinated.

How Do you Choose and Install Your Child's Car Seat?

Car crashes are the number one killer of children 1 to 12 years old in the United States. The best way to protect them in the car is to put them in the right seat, at the right time, and use it the right way.
There are so many car seat types and models, how do you know which one is right for your child? The right car seat or booster fits your child and your car, and is one you will use correctly every time you travel. Not only will your child ride as safely as possible, you will be establishing the foundation for a lifelong habit of seat belt use every time your child travels.
We offer free car seat installation. Click here for more information.
