How much physical activity do you need?
Health experts recommend 150 minutes of moderate-vigorous activity (like brisk walking, yard work, casually biking) or 75 minutes of vigorous activity (like running, swimming laps, jumping rope) per week.
So, take a 30 minute walk after work each day or mow the lawn – you’re on your way to being health

  • Set a regular exercise schedule
  • Pick activities that you enjoy
  • Add variety to workouts
  • Exercise with friends
  • Don’t give up – every little bit of exercise helps!
